This project was a newly built house on an undeveloped lot located on Old Slip Lane, Pitts Bay Road (construction done by Kyle Thompson Contracting). 

 

The air conditioning system that was chosen for this project was a design-build by Air Pro Ltd. The owner preferred ceiling cassettes placed throughout the
house so that they did not clutter the walls; they also preferred minimum outdoor units to be placed

around the exterior of the house. 

 

Toshiba Super Multi VRF systems were utilized with a dual split system installed in the lower apartment.
