The owner of this beautiful property, located on Mission Road, approached Air Pro Ltd after seeing a very similar air conditioning system, that they were interested in, being utilized at a house owned by a friend of theirs. This client had a very specific look in mind that required a ducted system with linear grilles throughout the house. This particular job was very tricky due the architecture of the home and it not being designed from a ducting standpoint. This was challenging and problematic due to ceiling heights and ducting requirements but we were able to source and find various solutions to appease our clients’ desires. 

 

Various zones were created throughout the house, a unique shutoff switch was incorporated into the master bathroom so that the owner could shut off the air flow to the master bathroom when in use.
